1. Retail & Special Order Policy

Lee Plumbing Supply serves as an independent retailer of plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning supplies.

• Special Orders: We provide personalized service for special orders not found in our standard inventory. Special orders may require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to manufacturer lead times.
• Price Match Guarantee: We offer price matching for in-store purchases against local authorized competitors. To qualify, the item must be identical (brand, model, and year), currently in stock, and the competitor’s price must be verifiable. We reserve the right to exclude online-only retailers or liquidation pricing.
• Master Plumber Expertise: While our staff provides expert advice based on over 30 years of industry experience, this advice is for informational purposes only. Lee Plumbing Supply is not responsible for the installation or misuse of products purchased from our facility.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lee Plumbing Supply’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, resulting from a defective product. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers (e.g., Moen, State Water Heaters) and not by Lee Plumbing Supply directly.
